Job summary

bayes recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to lead and support the MRT project construction site.

You will ensure smooth execution, align daily activities with the schedule, and guide subordinates on workmanship and material checks. You will plan ahead to prevent delays, resolve on-site problems before they impact cost, schedule, or quality, and monitor safety in line with MOM rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of prior experience with a main-contractor environment, having worked on MRT Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work for the MRT project.
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, and guide subordinates on workmanship and material checks.
• Plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they impact cost, overall schedule and quality.
• Follow up on customer complaints, identify and assess risks, minimize environmental impact associated with construction activities.
• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors.

• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements




• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality




• Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities




• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline
