Job summary

A leading advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst to lead the design and deployment of impactful ServiceNow solutions. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives and providing thought leadership in ServiceNow architecture. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Strong experience with ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic goals.
• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
