Qualifications
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customisation.
- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system integration.
- Deep understanding of workflow migration strategies and legacy system modernisation.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP, HCM, and procurement platforms.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Platform Leadership: feasibility studies, migration strategies, and monitoring frameworks.
- AI and Innovation: design and oversee AI capabilities and integration with other SaaS platforms.
- Access Control and Licensing Optimisation: review access controls and licensing constraints.
- Quality Assurance and Vendor Management: oversee vendor implementations and upgrades, ensure security and governance.
