Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and support enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, automate workflows and deliver scalable ITIL-aligned solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and related modules. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with Flow Designer, REST integrations and data

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development or platform implementation experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog.
• Practical experience with CSM, CMDB, Asset Management or Knowledge Management.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflow automation, approval processes and notifications.
• Experience with REST API integrations, MID Server or email-based integrations.
• Experience using Import Sets and Transform Maps for data migration and integration.
• Familiarity with update sets, release management and deployment across multiple ServiceNow instances.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service-management practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and Knowledge Management processes.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, approval workflows and fulfilment tasks.
• Build and maintain workflow automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, inbound email actions and other supported integration methods.
• Perform data migration and integration activities using Import Sets, Transform Maps and data-validation controls.
• Configure and maintain CMDB and asset information while supporting data-quality and governance requirements.
• Create operational dashboards, reports, SLA measurements and performance-monitoring solutions.
• Manage update sets and coordinate deployments across development, testing, UAT and production environments.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records and deployment procedures.
• Ensure solutions comply with platform-development standards, security requirements and ITIL practices.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancement releases and continuous service-improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members where required.
