Job summary

STARHUB LTD. in Singapore invites a Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive the technical evolution of our enterprise platform, ensuring CSDM alignment and high-performance ITOM observability.

You will own architectural implementation (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), lead Now Assist GenAI initiatives, and build integrations via IntegrationHub with REST/GraphQL—while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep technical ServiceNow experience (Washington DC or later).
• Expert-level ITOM, CSM, and Platform Telemetry knowledge.
• Mastery of JavaScript (Glide API), Flow Designer, and Service Portal development.
• Required CIS ITOM (Discovery or Event Mgmt) and ITSM/CSM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Architectural alignment for CSDM 4.0/5.0 across the platform.
• Own Discovery and Service Mapping strategy; implement Event Management and AIOps patterns.
• Lead deployment of Now Assist and GenAI controllers to automate complex cases.
• Design integrations via IntegrationHub and REST/GraphQL for external vector databases.
• Provide high-level code reviews and architectural guidance to junior developers.

Position Overview

Senior ServiceNow Developer works with ServiceNow Architectto lead the technical evolution of our enterprise platform. This is not just a"maintenance" role; the practitioner needs to constantly evolve theinstance in a high-performance environments and stays ahead of the curve inAIOps and Platform Observability. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will beresponsible for ensuring our ServiceNow ecosystem is architecturally sound,aligned with CSDM standards, and integrated with a modern observability stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Alignment: Drive the implementation of CSDM 4.0/5.0 across the platform to ensure data integrity and service-centric reporting.
• Advanced ITOM & AIOps: Own the Discovery and Service Mapping strategy. Implement Event Management and AIOps patterns to move from reactive to proactive monitoring.
• Generative AI Implementation: Lead the deployment of Now Assist, focusing on custom prompt grounding and the integration of GenAI controllers to automate complex business cases.
• Custom Integration Frameworks: Design and build robust, reusable spokes and integrations via IntegrationHub and custom REST/GraphQL APIs, supporting a seamless flow between ServiceNow and external vector databases.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide high-level code reviews and architectural guidance to the junior development team, fostering a culture of "vibe coding" (high-velocity, intuitive development) backed by rigorous testing.

Required Technical Skills

• Platform Mastery: 5+ years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow (Washington DC or later).
• Specialized Knowledge: Expert-level proficiency in ITOM, CSM, and Platform Telemetry.
• Scripting & Automation: Master of JavaScript (Glide API), Flow Designer, and Service Portal (AngularJS/Widget development).
