Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead architecture and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. You will own technical delivery across implementation projects, provide guidance on governance and SDLC, and mentor engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable platform operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across implementation, customization, administration, and support.
• Experience as ServiceNow technical lead, solution architect, or platform specialist.
• Proven experience with incident/problem management and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, implementation, and support of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Own technical delivery across projects, enhancements, and production support.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Act as technical lead for complex platform issues and architecture decisions.
• Mentor ServiceNow engineers and promote technical quality.
• Drive incident, problem, and service request resolution with RCA.
• Oversee platform administration: troubleshooting, integrations, releases, upgrades.
• Establish development standards and governance.
• Monitor platform health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Support Agile delivery through estimation, planning, backlog refinement, testing, and deployment.
