Job summary

You will translate business requirements into reliable, scalable platform configurations and lead technical discussions with clients and project teams.

The role requires hands-on scripting in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and integrations using REST/SOAP, plus CSA and CAD certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development across ITSM/ITOM domains.
• Must have CSA and CAD certifications; ITOM experience strongly preferred.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript and Glide APIs; REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers and teams.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow processes, workflows, and catalog items.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness.
• Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive delivery excellence.
