LionsBot International is seeking a field service technician to service, maintain and repair robotic cleaning equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will support daily service operations, deployments and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical and software issues, performing hands‑on repairs, preparing service reports and spare parts usage, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Competenze

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in a related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical servicing, maintenance or robotics-related work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and systematically.
• Basic understanding of robotics, sensors, software diagnostics or networking is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform hands‑on technical work.
• Possession of a Class 2B/3 driving licence is an advantage.
