LionsBot International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a service technician responsible for servicing and maintaining robotic cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.

You will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments, and on-site support, while documenting repairs and parts usage. The role requires willingness to travel to customer sites and strong customer service skills.

Competenze

• NITEC, higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years' experience in servicing, maintenance or robotics work.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues systematically.
• Basic understanding of robotics, sensors, software diagnostics or networking is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform hands-on work.
• Possession of a Class 2B/3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsible for the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of robotic cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Support daily service operations, customer deployments and preventive maintenance while minimising equipment downtime and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure robots operate efficiently and minimise unexpected breakdowns.
2. 2. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, hardware and software issues to minimise equipment downtime.
3. 3.Deployment & Setup: Support robot deployments, site mapping, configuration, testing and customer training to ensure successful operations.
4. 4. Service Response: Attend to customer service requests and breakdowns promptly, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption.
5. 5. Service Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, repair records, spare parts usage and daily job updates.
6. 6. Spare Parts Management: Ensure proper handling, tracking and accountability of spare parts, tools and equipment.
7. 7. Process & Safety Compliance: Adhere to established SOPs, safety requirements and service standards while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Required Qualifications

1. NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
   Preferably 1–2 years of experience in technical servicing, maintenance or robotics-related work.
2. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
