Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Robotics Field Service Technician to install, commission and maintain robotic systems at customer sites. You will troubleshoot faults, perform on-site repairs, and support customers with basic training.

The role requires 2+ years in robotics/automation, a Higher Nitec, and a willingness to travel across Singapore with occasional regional trips and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, field service, robotics, or automation.
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, and fault diagnosis.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Willing to travel and support occasional standby or after-hours call-outs.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain robotic systems at customer sites.

• Respond to service call-outs, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
