Job summary

FERMAX is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee daily service operations, maintenance, repair and technical support activities. You will lead service engineers and technicians, plan resources, and drive service excellence.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, leadership, and customer-focused mindset, with at least five years in service engineering or technical field services. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure high standards and compliant

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, repair and technical support services.
Lead, supervise and coordinate service engineers and technicians to ensure work is completed safely and to standard.
Plan, schedule and allocate manpower, equipment and resources for service activities.
Monitor service performance and implement actions to improve productivity and quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, quality and customer requirements.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational matters.
Prepare maintenance reports, quotations and project documentation.
Monitor KPIs and contractual obligations to ensure service excellence.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Support business development with technical input during client meetings.
