HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the service team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to repair and warranty standards.

You will supervise daily work, collaborate with parts and sales teams, and support equipment tender proposals while maintaining safe workshop practices and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant service experience, including technician supervision.
• Familiarity with OEM/Principal warranty standards and EHS requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP BW, and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Team Supervision: Manages daily schedules and job assignments, ensures adherence to manufacturer standards, provides hands-on technical guidance, maintains workshop safety, handles warranty claims, and tracks service KPIs.
• Parts Sales Support: Collaborates with parts and sales teams to identify servicing opportunities, drive cross-selling and up-selling, and maintain customer relationships for market insights.
• Equipment Sales Support: Assists the sales team by providing technical input, equipment configurations, and documentation for tender proposals.
• Quality & Customer Service: Maintains secure service records, resolves or escalates customer feedback, and supports T&I Quality and Service Standards.
• Team Development & EHS: Manages manpower scheduling, on-the-job coaching, onboarding, and performance review inputs while ensuring strict adherence to workshop housekeeping and EHS safety practices.
