BELIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Service Coordinator to schedule and support service and maintenance operations, track progress, and prepare essential documentation.

You will collaborate with technicians, leads, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records. The ideal candidate has an ITE certificate or diploma, at least 5 years in the lift industry with supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills to manage quotations, DOs, and service reports

Formación

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin, Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of lift industry experience with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) for service docs and reporting.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily and monthly service and maintenance schedules for timely execution.
• Arrange service appointments with customers, technicians, leads, and internal teams.
• Monitor outstanding cases and ensure resolution and progress updates.
• Track parts deliveries, repairs, and servicing progress for status accuracy.
• Prepare quotations, DOs, service reports, and related service documentation.
• Maintain records of equipment and activities for compliance and reference.
• Provide administrative support to Service and Operations teams to improve workflow.
• Handle customer follow-ups and assist in resolving service issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Service and other departments for timely delivery.
• Assist with technical support requests and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
