KEN-JO INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an administrative coordinator to support the Lift Maintenance & Repair Team in Singapore.

This role involves coordinating parts billing, processing part replacements, and managing maintenance schedules for lifts. You will liaise with clients on work orders and consolidate servicing reports. You will provide general administrative support to the lift maintenance team and management, including ad hoc tasks as required, ensuring records are kept up to date in

Responsibilities

• Coordinate billing for part replacements and lift maintenance & repair billing
• Manage and process parts requests from maintenance & repair team
• Liaise with client on issuance of work orders
• Schedule and coordinate of lift maintenance service
• Scheduling maintenance work for maintenance Tech
• Basic understanding of lift maintenance, repair processes and BCA regulations
• Consolidate monthly lift servicing reports and consumable item requests
• keeping records of repairs and maintenance schedules
• Provide general administrative support to the lift maintenance team and management.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
