Based in the Tai Seng North-East Region, you will oversee daily service operations, dispatch, and maintenance planning to ensure reliable, high-quality service for clients.

You will monitor KPIs, mentor field staff, manage inventory, liaise with clients, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in lift/elevator maintenance or service operations.
• Ability to manage teams and supervise field staff.
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with maintenance operations software & MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Problem-solving and proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch and allocation of maintenance teams.
• Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
• Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• Supervise and mentor service technicians and field staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and spare parts logistics to support uninterrupted service delivery.
• Liaise with clients to address service enquiries, resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze service data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all service operations.
• Budget management and cost control for the operations team and resources.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
