Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in lift project installation or site supervision.
• Familiar with safety regulations and site practices in Singapore.
• Proactive with ownership and results orientation.
• Effective coordination with internal and external parties for smooth delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and progress according to schedule.
• Receive and account for materials and equipment.
• Plan and schedule delivery of materials and testing; coordinate with sub-contractors.
• Assess site progress with project manager and engineer on plan.
• Liaise with sub-contractors on safety, QA/QC and logistics.
• Monitor and control work progress of sub-contractors.
• Ensure sub-contractors fill up and submit forms.
• Attend to residents / client feedback.
• Ensure housekeeping at job sites.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and photos.
• Coordinate with in-house teams / sub-contractors for handover inspections for lifts turn-on.
• Other duties as assigned.
