Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in our semiconductor operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, source through multiple channels, conduct interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and help build scalable recruiting processes to meet workforce needs in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in semiconductor/high-tech.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor roles and manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in semiconductor.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial and panel interviews.
• Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and metrics.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
