VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. (VSMC) seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source top talent, and manage the interview and offer process while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.

Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within semiconductor fabrication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews.
• Coordinate offers including compensation alignment and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with HR operations and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and key talent metrics.
• Drive process improvements and scalable reporting for talent acquisition.
