Job summary

The Lead Technical Manager in Singapore will oversee a group of Technical Officers responsible for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming, ensuring compliance with required standards and delivering service excellence.

You will coordinate maintenance workflows, engage with client representatives, drive team performance, plan resources, and seek opportunities to improve methodology and training while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in the Security and CCTV industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole service and maintenance workflow.
• Lead a team of service members and coordinate client interactions.
• Develop service plans, track milestones and optimize delivery to clients.
