Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee service and maintenance workflow for security systems.
Front line contact with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
Lead a team of service team members.
Prepare service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
Determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
Capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Build technical relationships with prospects or existing/new customers.
Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with issues the team may have.
Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
Handle customer complaints.
