Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Team Manager (Camps) to lead a technical officer team for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and programming across Singapore’s military sites. The role requires managing service and maintenance workflows and coordinating with clients to ensure timely, quality delivery.

You will oversee project scopes, define resource needs, monitor milestones, and develop training offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years related experience with demonstrable record of success.
• Experience in Security and CCTV industry is advantageous.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service and maintenance workflow from start to finish.
• Be the front line contact with client representatives on service issues.
• Lead a team of service members and coordinate activities.
• Prepare service scope, plans, and milestones with resource loading.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of maintenance commitments to clients.
• Document infrastructure components and operation processes.
