Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer to support service and maintenance of security systems across client sites island-wide.

You will liaise with client representatives, mentor a service team, and assist the supervisor in deployments. Applicants should have at least a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 years' experience and hands-on knowledge of Integrated Security Management, Card Access, IDS, and CCTV systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of security systems including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems.
• Must have own vehicle due to site accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
