Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer to manage service and maintenance workflows across Singapore, including military camp sites and the HQ in Outram.

The role requires hands-on security systems knowledge (ISMS, access control, IDS, CCTV) and a valid vehicle for site access. Rotational standby duties may apply, with a salary up to SGD 3,000–3,500 plus transport and reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of security systems such as ISMS, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV is a must.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work sites.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction based on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
