Job summary

You will be the technical escalation point, guide feature enablement, and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes debugging, validation, vulnerability response, and QA documentation, with opportunities to influence security posture and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer or electrical engineering.
• Experience in a customer-facing engineering role preferred.
• Embedded security knowledge including cryptography fundamentals.
• Familiarity with storage security standards and NVMe security.
• Programming in C/C++/Rust and Python for tooling and automation.
• Experience with firmware release processes and debugging

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical escalation point for Security Firmware on SSD products.
• Guide customers through configuration, integration, and validation of SSD security features.
• Reproduce, analyze, and document root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop, test, and validate targeted Security Firmware changes.
• Assess vulnerabilities, plan mitigations, and support customer disclosure
• Support customer security audits and certification activities
