Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Over 3 years’ relevant experience in firmware or embedded systems development using the C programming language.
• Strong debugging and fault isolation skills.
• Experience with embedded firmware architectures and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products to meet performance, endurance and reliability.
• Execute firmware development, bench testing, debugging, and validation for SSD controllers.
• Analyze firmware behavior and perform root cause analysis and defect isolation.
• Collaborate with hardware, validation, system, and product teams to improve readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
