luxury careers pte ltd is seeking a Senior / Business Development Manager to drive a regional wholesale program across Southeast Asia. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, expanding partnerships and optimizing performance with retailers and distributors.

You will work with cross-functional teams to craft market-entry plans, negotiate deals, and deliver growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Formación

• 6–8 years in fashion wholesale/retail.
• Strong SEA market knowledge: SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, VN.
• Established network of wholesale/retail partners in SEA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional wholesale strategies to drive sales across SEA.
• Identify and secure new wholesale partners and negotiate terms.
• Build plans with partners covering penetration, store expansion, sales targets and OTB.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale cycle from orders to delivery.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, VM, Store Development and E-commerce to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyse sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
