Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a senior Agile Coach/Scrum Master to mentor teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Product Owners across banking channels. The role emphasizes removing blockers, scaling agile practices and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years in IT project management within financial services, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on IT project management experience in banking/financial services.
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
Experience delivering projects in Consumer/CORPORATE Banking channels (CRM, customer service, etc.).
Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
Facilitate Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Support Product Owners to manage backlog and maximise value.
Remove blockers and help teams progress.
Collaborate to scale agility within the bank.
Foster a safe, collaborative team environment.
