Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Scrum Master/IT Project Manager to coach teams on Agile values, facilitate Scrum events, and support Product Owners to maximise value. You will remove blockers and help scale agility across Consumer Banking digital channels.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management within banking, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to guide cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on IT project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
• Experience delivering projects related to consumer banking channels and CRM.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring of high-performing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value.
• Remove blockers and impediments to progress.
• Collaborate to scale agility across the bank and ensure safe team environments.
• Influence stakeholders and drive effective cross-functional collaboration.
