Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum/ Agile values and principles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Consumer/ Corporate Banking channels.
• Experience delivering projects related to Assisted Channels platforms, Branch Banking Systems, CRM, or Customer Service Channels is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels, including senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Self-starter with servant leadership and team-building skills.
• Creative problem solver able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team.
• Remove blockers and impeded work progress.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank.
• Foster a safe and trusting team environment.
