Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum and adheres to Agile principles.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products on time.
• Coordinate with business and other stakeholders.
