Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT delivery in Singapore. You will gather and document requirements, maintain BRDs/FRDs, and coordinate with business users, data teams, and project management to ensure alignment and delivery success.

You will support SIT/UAT, manage governance and risk, and help drive improvements to Agile practices and release readiness in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years as Business Analyst in large-scale IT systems.
• Minimum 2 years of Agile/Scrum experience, with knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Experience managing complex system integrations and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production rollout, and mission-critical or 24/7 systems; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and interface specs.
• Act as liaison between business users, tech teams, SI, architects, and PM.
• Validate solution designs and support SIT/UAT, defects, and release readiness.
• Establish baselines and manage changes through governance, ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint activities; manage backlog.
• Identify risks and improve delivery processes.
