dynamic safety pte ltd is seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to oversee school infrastructure, facilities, and safety programs in a dynamic educational environment. You will lead Operations Support Officers, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure fire safety, ERP governance, and emergency preparedness.

The role requires a SFSM certificate, strong English communication, meticulous organization, and budget/proposal support for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Estate/Facilities Management or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Meticulous and well-organised.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) Certificate.

Responsibilities

Manage school infrastructure, facilities and logistics to ensure a safe environment.
Lead and supervise Operations Support Officers(OSOs).
Oversee vendors, Managing Agents and Term Contractors.
Ensure safety, security, fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Serve as the Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) for the school and conduct daily fire-safety checks.
Maintain fire-safety documentation and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Support school operations, activities and events management.
Assist with infrastructure budgets and project proposals.
Support student discipline-related matters and other duties assigned by School Leaders
