Qualifications

• Min Diploma or equivalent in fields relating to estate and facilities management preferred.
• Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Good communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Appointed SFSM for Client/School Building, no SFSM duties for any other building.
• Conduct daily checks to identify and remove fire hazards as per Fire Safety (FSM) Regulations.
• Be physically present at the school daily to perform SFSM duties.
• Train and brief the Operations Manager if certified later.
• Document all fire-safety arrangements and MOE ERP requirements.
• Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and events to ensure safety.
