Job summary

PROSKILL WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Facility Manager cum Fire Safety Manager to oversee school facilities and ensure ongoing fire safety compliance. You will manage the building, BMS, maintenance programmes and safety processes.

The role requires SCDF-registered FSM status, with experience in large facilities, strong coordination, and teamwork. The position is based in the North area with 5-day work weeks and a 2-year contract, commencing mid-September 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant facility management and fire safety experience.
• SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is required.
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance and statutory requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Hands-on, all-rounder with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain school building and BMS for smooth operations.
• Monitor lighting, power and water; resolve issues promptly.
• Develop planned preventive maintenance and repair programmes.
• Coordinate cleaning and facility services for a safe environment.
• Review and renew PM contracts to ensure service quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain government regulations, licenses and certifications.
• Support school events with classrooms, auditorium and AV systems.
• Escort authorities, contractors, and vendors during inspections.
• Verify invoices and assist with budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Be registered with SCDF as FSM and maintain ERP and CERT.
