Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration across multiple modules.
• Experience with Employee Central, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, and more.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors across modules.
• Manage system integrations and related activities.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Plan and execute testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT).
• Configure system solutions for efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and budget management.
• Prepare HRIS reports for stakeholders.
• Support audits and data uploads.
