Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation through go-live and support
• Design cross-module integration processes and workflow configurations; guide configuration strategy
• Engage senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs
• Mentor junior consultants; conduct regular 1:1s and provide feedback
