Job summary

kris infotech pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to drive the design and delivery of Salesforce implementations, especially Public Sector Solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams; lead requirements workshops, translate stories, and mentor the team through agile deliveries. The role also covers data migration, UAT, deployments, and ensuring best practices and user adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5-8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design.
• Lead functional consultants and mentor junior team members.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization.
• Support system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
