Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead end-to-end cloud implementations in the Public Sector Solutions space. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with objectives and best practices.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating requirements into specs, configuring Salesforce, and guiding the team through Agile delivery, UAT, data migration, and post-Go-Live support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and declarative configuration.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirement elicitation.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story writing.
• Proficient in BPMN process mapping and data migration concepts.
• Understanding integration fundamentals (REST APIs, middleware) and security/sharing models.
• Experience in planning and executing UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide status updates.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management.
• Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
• Lead functional workstreams and review designs.
• Coordinate with technical teams and architects.

• 6–10+ years of IT consulting experience.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
