Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure implementations align with business objectives and industry best practices.

You will guide requirement workshops, translate requirements into user stories, and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging standard capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5–8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Ensure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management activities.
• Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
