Job summary

World Wide Technology in Singapore is hiring for a Sales Operations role focused on quoting, order management, and account support. You will act as the primary contact for accounts, manage requirements, and collaborate with teams to optimize OEM products and solutions.

You will leverage WWT tools, participate in ATC strategy meetings, and may travel to key customer sites to meet objectives and drive upsell opportunities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet team goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Subject matter expert on daily processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish primary contact within assigned accounts for quoting and order management.
• Respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (quotes, orders, product information).
• Build and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products.
• Demonstrate use of WWT tools, processes and partner facing apps for configurations.
• Participate in ATC strategy meetings and key account planning sessions.
• Upsell and attach services to existing opportunities.
• Provide detailed quote and order management reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and onboard new sales ops team members.
• Travel as required to meet dept. goals.
