Job summary

CHINA TELECOM (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional support, performance analytics, commission management, and market intelligence.

The role requires leadership, strong data skills, and bilingual communication in Chinese and English. You will drive incentive policies, sales effectiveness initiatives, and product-related enablement while coordinating with Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure accurate commissions and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, CS or related
• 6+ years in sales management, sales operations/support, or related roles, incl. at least 1 year of team management

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated sales support across performance management, business analysis, commission management, sales effectiveness, product development, market intelligence, and system/support.
• Develop and oversee performance appraisal schemes with indicators aligned to strategic objectives.
• Aggregate and analyze day-to-day performance data across sales, customer development, project progress, and teamwork.
• Assist in developing incentive policies based on performance results to motivate the team.
• Establish and improve data collection/analysis framework with indicators such as sales, costs, profit, and market share.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual business analysis reports with data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Monitor key product sales, market growth, and competitor activity; identify drivers and action points.
• Coordinate with Finance/Marketing to review commissions and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide product knowledge training and enablement tools to the sales team.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes and training; improve sales productivity and execution.
• Monitor industry/market developments; develop research reports and recommendations for market entry.
