Job summary

Autodesk Singapore is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive Construction Cloud growth across ASEAN. You will build and mentor a team of sales, business development and technical pre-sales professionals, blending direct and channel strategies to close enterprise deals.

You will forecast revenue, manage the pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams to exceed quarterly goals in a hyper-growth SaaS environment, delivering exceptional outcomes for customers in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in sales with ASEAN territories, including direct and indirect channels.
• 5+ years in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record closing large deals with enterprise clients in AEC market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sales, Business Development and Technical Pre-Sales resources.
• Forecast revenues and build a pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop and implement a territory sales strategy balancing solutions, run rate and services bookings via direct and channel sales.
