Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of large AECO customers in Singapore, driving onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Autodesk solutions. You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Marketing and Channel Partners to ensure measurable business value.

You will monitor product usage, address adoption risks, document success stories, and engage with C-level stakeholders across the customer's organisations, coordinating across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Technical/Implementation Consulting (5–10 years) or as a former Architect/Engineer/BIM Manager/PM working with SaaS BIM/digital tools.
• Strong ability to understand customer business challenges and map to Autodesk solutions.
• Experience with large organisations with complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans for AECO customers in Singapore.
• Own and orchestrate CS planning, hold customers and partners accountable for actions.
• Document tangible business value and success stories from Autodesk solutions.
• Support onboarding of new solutions and identify at-risk customers to reduce churn.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Renewals, and Channel Partners for coordinated adoption motions.
• Engage in regular Account Planning with Sales, Technical Sales, and Renewal teams.
• Monitor usage data and health indicators and translate insights into CS strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders across customer organisations, including C-level leaders.
• Identify opportunities for peer-to-peer connections across regions and Autodesk ecosystem.
