Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Technical/Implementation Consulting, or equivalent roles in AECO.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and align Autodesk solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent executive and business-level communication skills and strong customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute a tailored Customer Success Plan with assigned AECO customers for adoption and business outcomes.
• Monitor usage data and health indicators, addressing at-risk customers to reduce churn.
