REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Imaging, Asia Distribution) based in East Singapore to drive sales and GTM execution across Asian markets.

You will oversee distributor accounts, forecast demand, manage shipments, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery. The role requires 2–4 years in Asian market regional sales and strong proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Asian market regional sales, distributor management, and market research experience in imaging.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication; ability to coordinate with distributors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Commercial Operations: manage day-to-day sales operations, ordering, shipping and monitor performance.
• Channel & Distributor Operations: communicate with regional distributors, manage promos, displays and documentation.

Senior Sales Executive (Imaging, Asia Distribution) (Ref: 37822)

Location: East

The Senior Sales Executive (Imaging, Asia Distribution) will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives across assigned Asian distribution markets, including sales forecasting and inventory management, market analysis and reporting, budgeting and business planning, as well as go-to-market (GTM) execution.

【Responsibilities】

1. Sales Execution & Commercial Operations

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, order processing, and shipment fulfillment for regional distributors and appointed dealers.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly sales performance against targets and proactively highlight supply gaps, inventory issues, or potential risks to management.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining commercial distribution agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Monitor distributor accounts, including outstanding balances, credit terms, and payment status, in coordination with the Finance team.
• Follow up closely with distributors to ensure timely order placement, shipment arrangements, and payment clearance.

2. Channel & Distributor Operations

• Maintain regular communication with regional distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with distributors on in-market execution, including point-of-purchase (POP) displays, promotional campaigns, retail activities, and marketing events.
• Process distributor claims, sales rebates, credit notes, and related documentation accurately and within the required timelines.
• Serve as a key point of contact for distributor enquiries, order escalations, shipment updates, and operational issues.
• Identify operational challenges and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

3. Regional Account Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts within distributor organizations.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure product availability and timely stock allocation.
• Support regional distributors in achieving sales targets through effective communication, follow-up, and execution of agreed business plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different Asian markets to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

4. Reporting, Forecasting & Market Analysis

• Prepare monthly sales performance reports, sell-out trackers, inventory reports, and market analysis presentations for management.
• Consolidate distributor sales data and provide insights into sales trends, inventory movements, and channel performance.
• Support monthly and annual sales forecasting and identify potential gaps against business targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and channel trends across assigned Asian territories.
• Provide timely updates and recommendations to management based on market and sales performance.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of Asian market regional sales, distributor management, and market research experience within the imaging industry
• Excellent understanding of distributor operations, order processing, inventory management, and trade sales execution.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level for formulas) and comfortable working with sales data, inventory reports, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively with distributors and internal stakeholders across different Asian markets, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and business partners across different countries and cultures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting and operational deadlines.
• Willing to travel within Asian countries when required
