Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive in Singapore to coordinate sales activities and promotions, while building trust and long-term relationships with clients. You will work with the sales team to achieve targets and plan strategically to meet budgets.

This role requires English and Japanese language proficiency for customer interactions, a driving license is preferred, and a car is provided. Salary includes monthly commission and a typical 9:00–18:00 workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales in any industry.
• Strong motivation to develop new markets and customers.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and promotions with internal stakeholders and customers with respect to their needs, concerns and schedules.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
• Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and set goals.
• Plan strategically to achieve sales budgets.
• Keep abreast of the competition and market landscape.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Work with internal teams to grow key accounts.
• Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
• Ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled.
• Identify trends and develop plans to outperform the competition.
