Senior/Sales Engineer – Etching System Product

We are seeking an aspiring Senior/Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the division in the full spectrum of sales activities for Etching System product in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of NAND, DRAM and HBM projects from planning to execution.
• Evaluate industry trends to determine emerging customer needs.
• Develop business plans, product positioning and activities to distinguish product placement within the competitive market.
• Finalize tool configurations for development tools.
• Manage customers’ long-range forecast and factory slotting.
• Develop pricing proposal and lead commercial negotiation.
• Coordinate technical alignment between Singapore team, Headquarter and Factory team to implement innovative technology solutions.
• Coordinate resources, manage project priorities and ensure effective use of available expertise.
• Communicate progress and key updates to internal and external stakeholders, leadership and key decision makers.

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Sales or Dry Etch process is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.
