What you will be working on:
Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis with Quality.
Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
Assist in implementing process improvement projects
Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting astheir buddy
Participate in 10k idea, LSS & BKM programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
Maintain good 6S housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
To participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) program to response during emergency situation.
More about you:
Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical /Microelectronics
Applied material Etch, DPS, Super e, MXP/MXP+ tool experience
At least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical/ electronics industry, eventual position offered will be determined upon interview evaluation
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift and night shift
