• Establish scalable sales development strategies as the team grows.
• Partner on go-to-market strategies including email, phone, and social messaging.
• Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions.
• Implement professional development programs to enable SDRs and prepare for future roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent.
