Job summary
Dyson Institute in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to contribute as a technical leader ensuring quality, reliability and manufacturability of Dyson Digital Motor products. You will manage workstreams across NPI support, component qualification and manufacturing issue resolution.

Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in electronics or precision manufacturing.
- Hands-on exposure to NPI support, component qualification and manufacturing improvements.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, motor design, reliability and test processes.
- Experience with ANOVA, DOE, GR&R, Cpk and SPC.
- Six Sigma problem-solving; Lean background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support NPI component activities from qualification planning to engineering closure.
- Lead qualification tasks, engineering changes, vendor validation and cost-improvement activities.
- Investigate variation, raw material issues, assembly concerns and returns.
- Drive root-cause analysis, CAPA, and process capability improvements.
- Review change requests, deviations and production risks with data-based recommendations.
- Analyse motor tester performance, Cpk, GR&R and test robustness.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to resolve issues and share best practices.
